ECF partners have significant experience with providing leadership
on organizational budgetary issues. The experience cuts across a
wide variety of organizational settings from federal and state coordination,
to state multi-campus systems, individual colleges and universities,
and other non-profit organizations. One partner has been the chief
financial/administrative officer at several universities.
Services range from providing budget planning and development as
part of an organizational or information technology strategic planning
effort, to providing a comprehensive strategy for the development
and implementation of organizational budgetary processes and reporting
structures. ECF can also develop and help the organization implement
a strategic budgeting process that builds on existing strategic
plans.
