The Educational Consulting Foundation (ECF) assists educational institutions and organizations in optimizing use of their technological, human and financial resources. ECF advises on information technology, administrative structure and functions, strategic planning for information technology and the entire campus, academic planning and student services.

Our founders have over 120 years experience with information technology and higher education. In addition, ECF has access to other highly qualified and experienced people to address specialized needs.
